As a transformational coach, counselor, and energy healer, I have helped countless individuals on their journeys to healing and self-improvement. My work is all about sharing tools and techniques that can empower you on your own journey. Whether you prefer online sessions or in-person meetings, I offer private practice services that combine talking therapy with energy healing to accelerate your progress.

I have experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, so you can trust me to understand the unique challenges you may be facing. By leveraging my skills and expertise, I can help you overcome obstacles, find clarity, and tap into your full potential.

Although I began my career in the corporate world, I soon realized that my true calling lay elsewhere. I followed my instincts and began studying counseling psychology, which opened up a whole new world of possibilities.

As I began working with clients one-to-one, I felt an immediate connection and knew that I was on the right path. Eager to deepen my understanding of healing and wellness, I began exploring mindfulness and energy work. This journey led me to study with masters in several different fields, including Reiki, Hands-on Healing, and Balinese Healing.

Through all of these experiences, I have gained a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to share this wisdom with my clients and empower them to live their best lives.

It is an honor to be chosen by my clients to help guide them and support them in their journey to healing. Seeing my client's transition from depression, anxiety, and lacking self-love is a gift and to witness their light shine bright brings joy not just to me or them but to others who cross their path.
